Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely luxurious! The rooms were spacious and featured a wonderful big marble bathroom, along with amenities like a safe, a mini fridge, and a traditional flatscreen TV with numerous channels in different languages, including a few English ones. The fresh towels and linens added to the comfort, making it a tremendously luxurious experience. However, there were some issues with overpriced extras like breakfast. The service was top-notch, especially with staff members like Marco Capello, the customer relationship manager, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The location, while slightly out of town, was extremely convenient, just a short walk from the train station and close to various transportation options. The dining experience was truly excellent, meeting a five-star luxury standard with well-prepared meals and a generous buffet. The facilities were superb, offering everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
I had an incredible stay at the hotel. The junior executive suite was great, thoroughly cleaned twice a day with fresh towels and linens, but being next to the train track was a bit bothersome. The hotel staff went above and beyond with their services, especially Azlan, Francesco, and Vanessa who were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable. However, the price for 3 breakfasts seemed overcharged, which was disappointing. The location was superb, offering an easy walk to all the 'must do's' and being close to a central metro station. The dining experience was excellent, with great food and set up beautifully, though the pricing was extraordinarily high for what was offered.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious, tastefully renovated, and had a luxurious bathroom, although they lacked natural light. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who managed breakfast time efficiently. The location was extremely convenient, near the train station and with easy access to tram and metro connections, though slightly further from the city center. Dining options were delightful overall, with a well-stocked lobby, but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a great place to stay with minor drawbacks.
I loved my stay at the hotel! The room was spacious with a wonderful bathroom and dressing table. The service was top-notch, and the location was excellent. However, the dining experience was a bit overpriced for what was offered. The facilities were great overall.
I had a great time at the hotel. The room had a view of Piazza della Repubblica, and the bathroom was like a dream. Just a tip, make sure to request a room overlooking the outside for better lighting. The service was top-notch, with a special entrance and a cold drink in the lounge. The location is very central, perfect for shopping and close to the train station, but not the best for visiting the main attractions. The dining experience was wonderful, with fresh eggs and a lavish buffet, although a bit pricey. Overall, a luxury stay with minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was truly luxurious and delightful. The rooms were impeccably clean and the surprise from the GM on our last night added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. The amenities, WiFi, and bathroom with a window and dual sinks made it a pure comfort. However, the lack of room-changing service between 9 and 10 am was a minor inconvenience.
Upon arrival, I was mesmerized by the beautifully appointed rooms with a superb sommelier named Mara. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms make you feel right at home. However, the lack of tea or coffee making facilities was a downside, but room service promptly fulfilled our request for tea.
